Day to Day / Job Function The database administrator, DBA, is responsible for maintaining, securing, and operating databases and also ensures that data is correctly stored and retrieved. In addition, DBAs will work with developers to design and implement new features and troubleshoot any issues. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a DBA. 5+ year experience in a Postgre SQL Database Administrator or in a similar role. 5+ years experience in database management, primarily Postgre SQL V15. and above, Oracle 11g. Familiarity with database design principles, data normalization, and indexing techniques. Understanding of data security and access control principles. Strong knowledge of cloud-based database services (e. g. AWS RDS, SCT, and DMS). Strong knowledge of Postgre SQL replication, high availability, and disaster recovery mechanisms in the AWS Cloud environment. Experience with. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
