SITEC provides support services as required for continuous operation of the Software Support Activity Software Production Facilities including complete lifecycle services for our customers platforms. Summary Maintains the integrity, security, and availability of multiple database(s). Duties include disaster recoveries, performance analysis and tuning, index maintenances, and monitoring of data. Prospect candidate will administer, maintain, develop, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the database. Prospect candidate will evaluate and recommend available database management system (DBMS) products. Primary Responsibilities Prospective candidate will perform database and software life-cycle activities to ensure highest level of system performance and availability while organizing and formatting data for efficient query and storage processes. Prospective candidate will perform recoveries, performance analysis and tuning, index maintenance, and monitoring of data while a dministering, maintaining, and implementing policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the database(s). Prospective candidate will direct the installation of database management systems, databases, tables and views. Direct the monitoring, administrating, and implementing performance on database systems as well as database performance optimization, developing/changing database indices, redesigning database structure and reloading data into a database. Directs the administration and use of current and emerging database tools, strategies and technologies while evaluating the requirements and recommend available DBMS products. Requirements Active TS//SCI Security Clearance with poly required Ten (10) years' experience with a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required . Experience in database leadership Experience with database implementation Experience with data modeling tools and development Tech Stack Experience with Oracle Experience with SQL servers Experience with SYBASE Database Experience with DBMS products Job Posted by ApplicantPro
