Data Migration Analyst
Summary: As part of the team that integrates newly acquired firms into NFP, the Implementation Manager will be responsible for supporting the Deployment Lead in providing operational assessments, documentation change management efforts and more.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Accountable for analyzing data sets and creating data quality metrics and targeted cleanup analysis for senior leadershipOwn from end to end the P&C operational assessment to gain insight into each firm to support the transformation processWork cross work streams to ensure the proper support is in place for each segment of the business with in the firms transitioningDrive adoption of new processes and standard methodologiesFacilitate data review to ensure on-time completion and data qualityDesign and implement processesBecome knowledgeable in the flow of details (data/documents/transactions/messages)Adhere to standards to ensure discipline and controlled changes to systemsTravel RequiredKnowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:Demonstrated successful background tracking projects implementing both systems and processesExpert in Ms excel and proficient in PowerPoint and MS AccessAttention to detail, professional presentation skills and expertise to work with complex projectsStrong issue solving skills and creative problem-solving capabilitiesSelf-motivated with the expertise to drive tasks to completion without major oversightExpertise to take on a variety of projects and adapt to changing business needsProfessional presentation skills and strong people skillsAttention to detail and expertise to consider tasks from multiple angles to produce robust analysesEducation and/or Background:Bachelor's degreePrior involvement with a large organization's system implementationInsurance and/or brokerage backgroundFamiliarity with agency operating systemsTravel Required:YesPhysical Demand: The physical qualifications described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key functions of this job.
