Job Title: Data Entry Manager Location: Bardonia, NY Department: Pharmacy Corporate Billing Reports to: VP of Operations & COO Salary: $70,000-$80,000 + Bonus (Based on performance) Benefits: Full benefits package Position Overview: The Data Entry Manager is responsible for overseeing the data entry operations within the corporate billing department of our long-term care pharmacy. This role ensures the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of high-volume pharmacy billing entries and compliance with all insurance claims requirements. The manager will lead a team, streamline processes, and ensure that all data is entered and managed correctly to avoid any discrepancies or rejections.This is a full-time, in-person role, with the possibility of a hybrid work model later on. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead the data entry team, ensuring high-quality performance and productivity. Oversee and streamline all data entry processes related to pharmacy billing and insurance claims. Ensure accuracy and compliance with insurance policies to minimize rejections and delays. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve any data entry or billing discrepancies. Train, mentor, and support staff in data entry processes and system updates. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Maintain communication with the VP of Operations and COO on departmental performance and operational needs. Qualifications: Proven experience in pharmacy data entry management and insurance claims processing. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with long-term care pharmacy billing is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
