Come join our team of friendly, goal-oriented people in a positive work environment! At this time we have an opening for Data Entry Admin. Primary duties include: General Office duties: Phones and other office tasks Data Entry Electronic filing Special projects as assigned Required Knowledge & Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel Detail oriented and thorough Highly accurate in your work Maintain confidentiality of your work and documents Organizational skills Time management for weekly deadlines Self-Motivated Abilities Ability to think critically and solve problems To be a Team player To be a quick learner of new applications and software Ability to accept additional or special projects as needed Desired Skills (not required) Spanish 1 or more years of admin experience Full time position
