Our most popular items include jasmine rice, canned coconut juice, coconut milk, instant noodles, mung bean, Thai tea drinks, and frozen durian. What You’ll Do As the Data Entry Clerk for our Los Angeles facility, you will be will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining sales-related data. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, effective organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Accurately enter sales orders, customer information, and product data into the database. Assist the sales team by maintaining and updating customer records and sales leads. Generate sales reports and summaries for management and the sales team. Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Monitor and track sales metrics to assist in performance analysis. Support the onboarding of new clients by ensuring all data is entered correctly and promptly. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive sales information. Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the sales team Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant coursework preferred. 60- 80 WPM Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a sales support role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software. Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with sales processes and terminology is a plus.
