Data Analyst Lead requires: SQL, Healthcare claim understanding, datafeed. Facets Analytical & problem solving skill 5+ years experience with Facets platform, Medical Plan Benefit Configuration, Provider Network & Agreement Configuration SQL and Database experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, quick learning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelors degree or equivalent work experienceData Analyst Lead duties: Prepare data for analysis by removing duplicates, errors, and outliers. Validate file layout against sample files. Identify patterns and trends in the data by running SQL queries. Provide Data Analysis and troubleshooting expertise on Configuration tool sets with automated processes. Serve as a Business Analyst documenting requirements, process flows, and execute testing for enhancements to improve the automation toolset for Configuration. Provide Research, Analysis and Configuration subject matter expert support to the Business Configuration Production team.
