A company is looking for a Data Analyst II to join the Customer Experience team. Key Responsibilities Deliver analyses and dashboards to communicate the impact of services to customers and stakeholders Collaborate with Product Managers to enhance reporting and customer data storytelling Automate and scale commonly requested reports and data sets Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience working with data, visualization, and dashboarding tools Strong proficiency in SQL for querying data across multiple sources Prior experience with R and dbt is a plus Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau Ability to travel quarterly for team collaboration and events
