We are searching for someone who brings fresh ideas, demonstrates a unique and informed viewpoint, and enjoys collaborating with a cross-functional team to manage real-world solutions and positive user experiences at every interaction. You will be involved with functional support of our CRM product for senior housing sales organizations, Retirement Home Software. You will work with business users and with our product and technology teams to provide primary support for production issues. As an experienced analyst, your triage skills will help ensure we do the most important work first. The Customer Technical Support Specialist works with frontline Tier 1 and Tier 2 support by analyzing support issues and providing technical guidance related to using a CRM product. Key characteristics associated with this position are an understanding the setup, design, operation, and maintenance of Salesforce-based CRM systems, along with peripheral software and support platforms, such as Marketing Automation tools, interfaces, websites, and web-based software platforms. The role applies knowledge of sales & marketing processes, workflows, and operations of a Senior Residential Community, along with understanding of the uses of CRM software, to backss, document, and resolve user issues. This position reports to the Development Manager, with cross-department accountability. Job Responsibilities: Manage and triage incoming external and internal stakeholder requests via Salesforce Service Cloud and by phone or email and resolve or redirect to appropriate customer service team members for further review/triage as needed Become an expert in our CRM application and in the tools that we use to manage and document support, including Salesforce Service Cloud and Azure Dev Ops Work with customers to troubleshoot our applications and become a functional expert for our CRM and related applications Analyze user data to remediate software/network issues Communicate and.
