A company is looking for a Customer Technical Specialist to support the Department of Homeland Security in a 24x7 operations environment. Key Responsibilities Ensure maximum issue resolution in minimum time to meet Service Level Agreements Coordinate customer service activities and manage incident progression from creation to completion Analyze incident trends and recommend corrective actions while documenting incidents for future reference Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD) clearance Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 7 years of experience, or a HS diploma/equivalent with 9 years of experience Experience working in an IT call center environment Working knowledge of monitoring and management tools such as Solarwinds and Remedy Experience in a professional security environment managing multiple tasks
