We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who shows initiative! The perfect candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and maintain composure in tense situations. Responsibilities:• Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries about products, services, and general information.• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and update new account information as needed.• Handle challenging customer issues following provided scripts and escalate when necessary.• Recognize common customer problems for efficient resolution.• Perform scheduling and various administrative tasks.• Utilize company software to ensure precise property/tenant data management.• Support department with daily duties such as data entry, faxing, and scanning. Qualifications:• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.• In-depth understanding of customer interactions is required.• Demonstrating exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities is a must.• Being able to assess and prioritize information effectively for decision-making is vital.• Previous experience in Property Management would be advantageous.
