Position Description: Provide customer support and helpdesk services. Assist users with technical issues and inquiries. Supports sprint testing for development team. Minimum Qualifications: - Experience in IT support and customer service.- Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Excellent Communication skills.- Experience Using ticket management systems such as AF Remedy.- CompTIA Security+ CE Certification. Must have a Secret Clearance. Hybrid Position required to be on-site at the Pentagon at least 3-days per week.
