Customer Support Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately adding a 2 full time Customer Support Analyst to our team for support of our enterprise technology development client in Round Rock, Texas (TX).Summary:This role will be working with our client's Security Customer Sales/Services Enablement team to respond to Customer Requests like assessments, general questions and contribute to contractual audit preparation. They need to be great communicators, comfort in meeting with internal personnel in order to gather security or IT procedures, expertise to attend virtual meetings and work sessions. There will be regular meetings, several times a week, in working sessions to outline the work to be done in the customer request queue. Expect to receive 50 - 85 requests per month that vary from general questions, to large assessments and interact with all of Security and parts of IT and represent all the details stored in Policies, Standard and Procedure documents. These areas cover Physical Security Cyber Security, Product Security, Resiliency, etc. All the info is available to you and you'll need to read and become familiar with it to help answer the questions that come in.NECESSARY SKILLS: Expert in Ms office products Extensive background with Microsoft excel and various sear functions Expertise to work in and collaborate with teammates in a virtual environment Physical, Product, and Cyber Security basic knowledge nice to have Background with data and documentation analysis nice to haveKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
