Based in our CALGARY location, you will engage customers in maintaining positive relationships with the Zedi Cloud SCADA Solution and offer solutions to meet their business challenges. AS A CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER, YOU WILL: Engage with customers as the lead point of contact for matters specific to assigned accounts within the existing customer database Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers Act as a strong liaison between internal and external collaborators primarily through phone and email communications Raise awareness of company brand and product solutions through call and email campaigns Perform research on assigned accounts to identify available potential solution opportunities Perform research on assigned accounts to identify key players and influencers and generate solutions interest Participate in the development and delivery of new service offerings Route qualified opportunities to corporate sales executives for further development and closure Inbound lead follow-up and lead generation within existing customer database Source new solution opportunities within existing customer database through outbound calling and email campaign mediums Meet revenue retention and lead generation targets WHO YOU ARE: You readily action new challenges, without unnecessary planning. You make decisions and take actions without the total picture. You anticipate land mines and plan approaches accordingly. You partner with others to get work done. You carefully consider all relevant factors and use appropriate decision-making criteria and principles. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Post-secondary education Four (4) + years of customer experience PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Experience in outbound calling for lead generation initiatives an asset Extensive understanding of sales lead generation.
