Customer Success Manager

Your role : As a Customer Success Manager, you will be assigned a set number of accounts to act as a trusted advisor between those clients and Brainshark. These assignments include: Manage 40-50 accounts. Build relationships with key decision makers and users within an account. Act as the post-sales customer guide within Brainshark throughout the entire life-cycle of a customer account. Conduct proactive customer outreach and on-site visits to perform health checks, executive business reviews, product refresh training sessions, and user group meetings to advance relationship (~20% Travel). Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. Collaborate across Sales, Support and Product teams to address customer requests, development needs, and ultimately renewal. Guide customers in activities to promote the adoption of the Brainshark platform within a group and across their organization. Promote the Brainshark company strategy and offerings with assigned customers. What you'll need: BA or BS degree preferred 2+ years of background in a Customer Success or Account Management role Good verbal and written communications skills Excellent presentation and demonstration skills: on-line and in person Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills Excellent management skills with a strong attention to detail Positive can-do attitude, energy, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm Expertise to multi-task and prioritize issues in a complex environment Expertise to track and report in Salesforce.com & Gainsight (a plus) Expertise to operate independently Why we love working at Brainshark, and why you will too!
