Location: Hybrid About the company: Superpower Mentors is a mentorship and support platform that connects, facilitates, and manages mentorship relationships between students or youth with learning differences (“the mentee”) and adults (“the mentor”) who have similar learning challenges. While mentors help mentees grow and build confidence, we work closely with parents by providing a deeper understanding of how to better reach their children with learning differences. Our Team: We are a small and scrappy team. A qualified candidate understands this and is willing to do what it takes to get the job done. You'll help ensure the smooth operation of our mentorship program, serving as one of the main contacts for mentors and clients. Responsibilities: Manage mentor-client interactions and support. Act as a liaison among mentors, clients, and the organization. Track and enhance program metrics and experiences. Provide resources and update program materials. Evaluate and improve program effectiveness. Ensure exceptional service and support for clients and mentors. Oversee weekly documentation and follow up on delays. Validate bi-weekly payroll and manage internal schedules. Review internal documentation and session hours. Prepare and distribute monthly reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience in program management preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Passionate about neurodivergent mentorship and community building. This part-time position requires 20 hours per week and will be measured on Program Success metrics.
