Customer Success Design Architect

Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Design Architect to drive customer onboarding and maximize product value. Key Responsibilities Design and implement AppViewX technology solutions for customer cryptographic asset management Conduct adoption workshops and identify new use cases for account growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into new solutions and prioritize product enhancements Required Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience in a technical architectural design role At least 4 years in customer-facing technical roles, preferably in a post-sales capacity for a SaaS company Minimum 1 year in a senior role (Team Lead, Technical Manager, etc.) Domain knowledge in PKI, SSH, DNS, and associated cryptographic standards Experience with certificate lifecycle management and PKI implementation processes
