What You’ll Be Doing: - Building strong, long-term relationships with customers by delivering personalized solutions. - Acting as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat. - Proactively addressing customer needs and resolving challenges to ensure their satisfaction. - Collaborating with internal teams to improve the customer experience. - Educating clients on our services, helping them make informed decisions about their life and financial planning needs. - Continuously learning about our evolving product suite to provide up-to-date advice. What We’re Looking For: - Excellent Communication Skills: You love engaging with people and can explain complex ideas simply. - Problem Solver : You thrive on turning challenges into opportunities. - Empathy : You understand that every customer is unique and needs personalized care. - Team Player : You collaborate well with others, and your positive attitude lifts up those around you. - Organized & Proactive : You’re good at managing your time and anticipating customer needs before they arise. Preferred Experience: - Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role is a plus. - Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous but not required.
