Key Responsibilities Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring rapid deployment and growth Deliver successful engagements, including application assessments and solution proposals Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience and service efficiency Required Qualifications Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience Strong background in web application development (Javascript/NodeJS, Python, C#, Ruby, PHP) Experience with relational database management systems (PostgreSQL or MySQL) Familiarity with popular JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte) and Node.js Proven success in leading customer-facing engagements
