Our Customer Service Team Members assist with any entry level service requests regarding home renovations, and design service . As a Customer Service Team Member , you will work both independently and as part of a larger team, interacting with a wide variety of personalities in a challenging and fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities of a Customer Service Team Member: Provide an exceptional customer service experience for all potential clients and customers presenting proper sales solutions and getting products into clients’ hands Develop and maintain a healthy trustworthy relationship with clients and team members Acquire knowledge of new services, packages, or any new promotions our clients are offering Ability to troubleshoot arising problems on your own while developing efficient solutions Rapidly acquire a thorough understanding of client offerings, report analysis to increase sales margins, competitive advantages, resources, and processes, and articulate them persuasively to current and potential accounts Maintain accurate and updated information on all client sales accounts Coordinate with fellow team members on creative ways to engage clients, drive satisfaction, and maintain clients Work with internal teams to provide continuous feedback from clients, inclusive of optimization suggestions and recommendations Requirements of a Customer Service Team Member: High school diploma or equivalent Background in client service, sales, or customer service experience Self-motivated and possess the ability to take the initiative. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills Intelligent, outgoing individual with the ability to problem solve quickly on your feet Confident interacting with clients in a variety of environments from minuscule to substantially large Possess a high level of integrity, accountability, and initiative Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive punctually #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
