A company is looking for a Supervisor, Customer Service to oversee and develop customer service staff in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Establish effective relationships with staff and monitor their performance to meet departmental standards Develop and maintain unit standards, processes, and procedures for efficient service delivery Coordinate with other departments to resolve workflow issues and handle escalated customer inquiries Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a business-related environment Proficient with spreadsheet and word processing applications General knowledge of call center technology and servicing channels is desired Ability to analyze work processes and recommend improvements for efficiency
