We have an immediate need for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! This position will be taking inbound phone requests for services and making outbound calls to set up maintenance appointments. Company-paid training Advancement opportunities Benefits: Medical insurance with 3 plan options including HSA Dental & vision insurance 5 Paid vacation days (40 hours) after 6 months; 10 days after 1 year (80 hours) 5 Paid sick days 6 Paid holidays 401K with 3% company match Short/Long-term disability insurance Life insurance Position: Customer Service Specialist Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending upon experience Work Hours: Monday to Friday (9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) and rotating Saturdays (7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.). When they work on Saturday, they will have the following Monday off. What you will be doing: Answering incoming calls Scheduling service appointments for our technicians Making outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments Handling minor service complaint Creating a connection with customers Keeping our CRM Database 'Service Titan' up to date with customer information Qualifications: Customer service experienced, retail, call center or similar experience Office experiences desired but not required Professional communication, both verbal and written Demonstrates a positive attitude within difficult situations Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment Computer and technology proficient Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
