We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Admin to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative support while delivering top-notch customer service. No prior experience is required; we are happy to provide full training. If you are eager to learn and grow within a collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly. Update and maintain customer records and databases. Support various administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and office organization. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Process orders, handle billing inquiries, and track shipments as needed. Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by management. Skills/Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
