Position Overview This role supports the studio's functionality, focusing on Sales and Operations . Candidates must be outgoing, team-oriented, and passionate about sales and service, with strong communication skills. Lots of potential for growth and opportunity. Qualifications: 1+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience 2+ years in a customer service role Proven ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams: memberships, retail, and teacher training Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in person, via phone, and email) Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Adaptable to fast-changing, diverse environments Ability to identify improvement areas and make sound judgments Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in data management Strong writing and grammar skills Professional, punctual, reliable, and well-groomed Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information responsibly Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the public Calm, respectful, and professional demeanor at all times Proficient with computers and studio management software Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends (especially during peak periods) Note : This is an on-site position, not remote. Key Responsibilities: Lead generation, including grassroots marketing and networking Drive membership sales and retention efforts Manage and grow all revenue streams (Memberships, Retail, Teacher Training) Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at client acquisition, activation, retention, and loyalty Organize and participate in grassroots marketing events weekly to attract new clients Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio Attend studio, regional, and company-wide meetings and trainings as required Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for up to 4 hours at a time Ability to reach with hands and arms; bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds Climb stairs where elevators are unavailable Visual requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Must be able to hear effectively in-person and via telephone Compensation & Perks: Hourly wage based on experience and performance Opportunity for performance-based bonuses Complimentary membership during employment Discounts on retail items Powered by JazzHR
