Looking for a Customer Service Representative with Personal Lines Insurance experience, understanding of coverages, excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and multi-tasking is a must. Insurance License and certifications are a plus. Responsibilities include managing and reviewing clients' Insurance needs, offering advice and solutions for Home, Auto, and Umbrella. Building and maintaining strong lasting relationships with clients, ensuring that their Insurance needs are met with precision, timeliness, and care. Work closely with our Insurance carriers to secure the best possible coverage and rates for our clients. Handle policy renewals, adjustments, and inquiries efficiently and accurately. I am looking for a full time employee to work in the office 5 days a weekWe have been open for 10 years and I have over 34 years of experience. We have in house registry services and we are conveniently located on the border of MA and NH lines. We write Personal lines, commercial lines, and Life/Accident/Health Insurance.
