Customer Service Representative Gorjanc Home Services is a local, family-owned business with over 60 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Job Summary: To cheerfully answer the phone and assist customers with booking jobs, following up on jobs, selling products and/or services, and handling basic customer issues. Pay Range: $18.00/hr.-$24.00/hr.- Depending on Experience Benefits: Medical Insurance: We cover 75% of your premiums Vision, Dental, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement program with a company match Paid Time Off to recharge on holidays and vacations iPhone, iPad & integrated software A family environment with company outings No On CALL Daily Duties: Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments. Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence and tonality; be clear, compelling, and personable. Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote Gorjanc. Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business. Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling. Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably. Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information. Skill Requirements: Develop a proven track record in customer service. Microsoft and Apple competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems. Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Strong verbal and written communications. Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy. Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. A competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team. Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life.
