Customer Service Representative Location: Columbus, OH Job Type: Full-Time Department: Customer Service Reports To: Customer Service Manager Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You will be a key player in maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner. Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using our CRM system. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, Shipping) to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided. Assist customers in navigating our website and utilizing online self-service resources. Identify and report recurring issues or trends to management for process improvement. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
