Handle up to 150 daily outbound/inbound calls ? Schedule appointments for various services (including but not limited to coming due/overdue patients) ? Handle outbound calls and live chats ? Must be able to multi-task ? Handle emergency situations with clients/pets ? Excellent communication (written and verbal) with strong closing skills ?
