Join TACO Metals as a Customer Service Representative and be a key player in providing quality support to our customers in the recreational marine market. Position Summary In this full-time position, you’ll be at the heart of our customer interactions—making a direct impact in the recreational marine market. If you enjoy engaging with people, thrive on providing top-notch service, and want to be part of a company that’s shaping the future of marine products, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and prompt responses to customer calls and emails, ensuring each interaction is a positive experience. Manage a dedicated account base of marine industry customers, anticipating needs, resolving issues, and going the extra mile to build strong relationships. Take part in outbound calling efforts, supporting sales and service initiatives that keep TACO at the forefront of the marine world. Work closely with your Customer Service team to exceed service standards and foster a collaborative environment. Assist with order processing, returns, and more, helping streamline operations and delight our customers every step of the way. Contribute fresh ideas for enhancing our service and improving our processes. Qualifications An Associate’s degree in Business or equivalent experience. Previous B2B customer service experience (marine industry experience is a bonus!). Strong communication skills, with a proactive approach to solving customer needs. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Physical & Environmental Requirements Frequent interaction with team members and customers through phone, email, and face-to-face communication.
