Customer Service Representative - Collections

Description:
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience with collections. The ideal candidate will possess great strength in their communication skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure. Benefits: PTO, Paid Holiday, Healthcare, and 401k. Part-Time is a potential option. *Not all benefits are applicable for part-time* Responsibilities:• Answer incoming calls from customers including product and service questions, and general information• Accurate tracking of customer accounts and making updates with new account information as necessary• Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding collections practices• Scheduling and General administrative duties• Utilize company software to maintain accurate property/tenant information• Assist department with daily tasks including but not limited to data entry, faxing, and scanning Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous experience in customer service or collections is preferred• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Proficiency in using computers and related software Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly About Company: Turnkey Real Estate Management provides full-service property management in Southern Ohio.
