You will value working from home and being paid to have your birthday off, weekly face to face meetings and socials with your colleagues in central London, with a specific set of skills but more importantly fit the person profile we are looking for which is: You love looking at the norm and finding a better way You will love to get sht done and find a way to make stuff happen You love to see things to completion and own the outcome The details are important to you Youre used to working in a small business where everyone does what needs to be done You ask about what you dont understand rather than winging it You are uber organised and happy to document processes for others to pick up Technology is not a problem for you as you are a quick learner and analytical You will deliver what you say you will and let people know of any problems You see things that others may miss You regularly make sense from chaos And most importantly the team winning is what matters most. As our Customer Service Manager you will have complete autonomy and control for dealing with all the badty, little things that annoy our customers but which wehave learnt how to solve.
