OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: multilingual (fluent in English and French), other languages are a big bonus! passionate about connecting with people, and driven to help by going above and beyond in making a person feel loved, heard and pampered loves handling large amount of correspondence ( emails, chats, facebook and instagram direct messages ) with passion, precision and urgency a clear, professional communicator warm and friendly, with a compassionate personality brilliant with time management enthusiastic with naturally sturdy work ethic nimble, resourceful & adaptable to needs of small, and rapidly growing company well organized and able to create your own work flow / systems comfortable working in a small team whose pace of work can fluctuate depending on the needs of the company self motivated and proactive swiss army knife: no task is below or below you=willing to give every task your best shot has ideas and opinions on how to improve customer background to make a brand shine and boost brand background Assignments include : respond to support tickets / emails with passion, precision and urgency (within 1-5hrs during business hours, and within 24hrs-48hrs during off-hours) monitor and respond to comments and direct messages on official Instagram and facebook pages with passion, precision and urgency (within 1-5hrs during business hours, and within 24hrs-48hrs during off-hours) assist with managing and relaying info between fulfillment team, and customer requests generate shipping labels, assist customers with order tracking and shipping requests managing/updating purchase orders from the website assist in gathering wholesale, press and other requests and passing them to the brand founder, or appropriate department keeping detailed reports of shipping codes, any issues with shipments, product defects, customer complains, etc your friends and family describe you as: honest to a fault and trustworthy.
