POSITION SUMMARY: We currently have an a 14 month contract opportunity for a result-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator in our Dundas, Ontario location. Reporting to the Supervisor, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for investigating and responding to all external customer inquiries and concerns. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive inbound & make outbound calls Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner Appropriately analyze individual customer issues to determine the most effective resolution for the customer Respond to client inquiries in a prompt, efficient manner Work closely with Logistics and Sales to resolve customer concerns QUALIFICATIONS: At least 2 year of customer service experience Call center/customer service experience is an asset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to communicate clearly and concisely over the telephone and electronically Enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated, with an ability to work independently Proven ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment Strong computer competency including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications French Bilingual (an asset) Thank you for your interest in Darling Ingredients.
