The Customer Service & Communications Specialist will be tasked with supporting the efforts of our marketing campaigns and promotional customer service taking place all throughout the local area!As a specialist in developing marketing campaigns and introducing new products into the marketplace through interactive campaigns, our highly trained entry-level representatives serve as campaign managers and brand ambassadors for each of our client brands. The Customer Service & Communications Specialist is responsible for executing dynamic marketing campaigns that make each client’s products competitive in a highly competitive marketplace and ultimately assist to increase market share! Think you have what it takes to become the face and voice of brands in your area? Our team works with some of the newest telecommunications programs in the area. For all Customer Service & Communications Specialist, we consider their interests, strengths, and qualifications when training and developing their skill set in the following key areas of each marketing campaign: Marketing strategies geared towards increasing client revenue Individual coaching techniques Strong leadership and management abilities Assess customer and client needs Full Training is provided! We are looking for an immediate entry-level Customer Service & Communications Specialist who is motivated about learning all business aspects of a growing marketing firm to start working right away!
