We are currently searching for a Customer Service Team Member to ENTER ORDERS AND KEEP THE ERP SYSTEM (NETSUITE) ACCURATE AND MAINTAINED, WHILE GENERATING AND IMPLEMENTING THE STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE SERVICE LEVELS AND IMPROVE EFFICIENCY THROUGHOUT THE ORGANIZATION.For more than 45 years our client has been providing POS technology and point of sale services to customers around the world. Going above and beyond to exceed your every technology need.Key Responsibilities: Create/maintain customer records Process Repair and Advance Exchange Orders in ERP system daily and various process as defined Perform customer calls where applicable Monitor the status of all project efforts and provide status reports and presentations to all levels of management internal & external customers as required Track shipments for customers Special Projects or tasks as needed or assigned Implement operational best practices. Qualifications: Demonstrate ability to work with employees within different roles Ability to think on your feet in a fast paced, constantly changing environment Strong ERP (Netsuite) and Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience:· Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus previous experience preferred.· Fluent English is required for this role. Working written and spoken local language skills is desirable for this role.Must be willing to work in their Elgin, IL office 100% of the timeBenefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
