V-Tron Electronics Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team in our Attleboro location. The Customer Service Associate is a key member of the Sales department who will act as the communication interface between his or her assigned customers and the systems within V-Tron Electronics Corporation. The ideal candidate will be curious, have a strong attention to detail and passion for customer success. Responsibilities: Order Entry, order expedite and reschedule. Order revision change initiation and open order verification. Present pricing quotations to your designated customers. Quotation follow-up with assigned customers. Directing customer requests to the appropriate individuals or departments within V-Tron Electronics Corporation. Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. 1-year minimum customer service experience within contract electronics manufacturing field. Suitable candidates with less than 1 years’ experience may be appointed at the discretion of Senior V-Tron Management or the Sales Manager. Skills Required: Must possess a working knowledge of windows-based software including but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook Must have the ability to multitask, communicate clearly, organized, dependable and expresses loyalty towards the organization. Perform effectively in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
