Job Title: Customer Service Assistant Location: Philadelphia, PA Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Customer Service Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with other departments to meet the needs of our clients and maintain a high level of satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and managing account details. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately assist customers. Process customer orders and transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Update and maintain customer records in the database. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are met. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to resolve issues and meet customer needs. Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns or suggestions for service improvements. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance customer service skills. Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
