Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Assist customers with product or service inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Order Management: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating to a supervisor when necessary. Offer solutions that balance customer satisfaction with company policies. Documentation: Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the customer service system. Team Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to ensure timely responses to customer needs and support company goals. Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to handle difficult or upset customers with patience and empathy.
