In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, helping to ensure a positive and seamless experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Assist with processing orders, refunds, and exchanges. Update customer records and maintain detailed notes of all interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to solve customer issues and provide feedback to improve the overall customer experience. Meet or exceed performance targets, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. Stay up to date with product knowledge and company updates to better serve customers. Key Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
