Customer Service Representative helps union employees, existing clients, and new members understand both group and individual insurance benefits, the importance of having insurance, and enrolling qualified candidates during the annual enrollment period. Responsibilities: Explain insurance policies to new members and existing clients via Zoom Develop and calculate tailored plans based on clients' needs Specialize in mortgage protection, final expenses, college funding, paycheck protection, etc. Resolve client inquiries and complaints Expand the company's reach through networking techniques and service travel (optional on a voluntary basis) Adhere to life insurance standards and regulations Identify areas for improvement and attend ongoing training sessions Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, management, client relations, or related fields such as human resources is an asset Ability to build relationships with clients Strong negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Benefits: Work-from-home opportunity Weekly pay Weekly bonuses Health insurance (after qualification) Employee life insurance Residual income Leadership career path Powered by JazzHR
