A company is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Representative to assist customers with inquiries related to their accounts and promote products and services. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with pending orders and newly activated accounts Promote and sell products and services during customer interactions Navigate multiple billing systems to resolve complex issues Required Qualifications Six months of previous customer service experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to meet and exceed monthly service and sales goals Must reside in specified states and meet at-home work requirements High-speed internet service with a stable connection is required
