What’s great about working in this role: As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in coordinating across departments to ensure the efficient management of our customer orders. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate will contribute to our overall success. Duties: Order Processing, including Purchase Order review and order tracking Quotation processing in support of the Sales Team Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Provide timely communications with customers to provide availability, shipping, and order status. Maintain and update customer data as required. Skills and Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Business or 3+ years' experience in a similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to learn and navigate new software systems quickly Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Luxfer MEL Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
