Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement. Capable of addressing practical issues and handling various scenarios. Strong written and verbal communication skills, maintaining high standards in all forms of communication, including email.
