Expected Starting Date: 15th May 2024 WHAT WE OFFER • £12.00 basic hourly rate • Living Wage Foundation Employer Part Time - Various Contracts from 16 to 24 hours working 4/5 out of 7 weekends and late evenings. A full discussion around your availability will be had at interview. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY This role is varied with no two days being the same; one minute you could be on checkouts and the next minute, you could be meeting and greeting our customers, managing a queue, hosting trolleys, or assisting customers. This is physically demanding and requires the ability to work outside. • You aim to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time. • Build loyalty by listening to our customers & using your knowledge of IKEA product range offer informed solutions. • You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience. • Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in the store while working with daily and weekly service targets to drive service delivery.
