Pay & Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17 - $19/hour based on education and experience Full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, disability benefits, retirement, life, and paid time off Deep discounts on program tuition (Bring your school-age child to work for $10/week Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST Location: AlphaBEST Innovation Center in Winston-Salem, NC As an AlphaBEST Customer Care Representative, you'll bring your A-game daily as you: Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every phone call and interaction Resolve customer concerns when questions or concerns arise regarding programs, registrations, student management system, accounts, and billing.
