Key Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders Handling enquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records Working collaboratively with other departments to achieve organisational goals Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time-management skills The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
