We're searching for a passionate individual to join Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana (RMHCCIN) as a Culinary Program Manager!In this full-time role (40-45 hours per week), you will be an essential part of our mission to support families by providing nourishing meals in a fast-paced environment. About Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana Since 1982, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana (RMHCCIN) has offered families a place to stay while their sick or injured children receive care at hospitals in Indianapolis. RMHCCIN serves as a home for families to sleep, eat, and seek respite when they need it most. The compassionate, service-oriented individuals that join the RMHCCIN team have an opportunity to make an impact that will continue to resonate with families long after they return home. A Day in the Life of As a Culinary Program Manager An experienced Culinary Program Manager will lead our food service program across two locations. This role will oversee meal planning, volunteer coordination, food sourcing, and overall kitchen operations. You'll work collaboratively with our team and volunteers, ensuring a welcoming and supportive dining experience for our families. What you Need to Qualify for this Job · 3-5 years in culinary management, nonprofit program coordination, or hospitality leadership. Experience managing volunteers is a plus.· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Nutritional Sciences, Dietetics, Human Nutrition, Food Sciences or related field· Certifications: Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) is required.· Interest in human services and have a demonstrated ability to collaborate well with people of all backgrounds, cultural groups, and economic levels.
