About Penino and Moynihan Penino & Moynihan has established itself as one of the preeminent insurance defense law firms in both Connecticut and New York.Job Description Penino and Moynihan is seeking to hire an Associate Attorney to join its growing Connecticut practice group. This is a full-time position with the possibility of a HYBRID SCHEDULE.Responsibilities include:Managing a caseload under partner supervision;Drafting motions and status reports;Regularly handling court appearances and depositions.Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school;Admitted to practice in Connecticut; New York admission is a plus;2 plus years' experience litigating insurance defense cases in Connecticut State courts, including handling depositions;Strong organizational, time management, writing and interpersonal skills are required.Work Location: Hybrid possibleJob Type: Full-timePay: $100,000- $160,000 per yearBenefits:401(k)Health insurancea collegial work environment and a GREAT opportunity for advancement.If interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply.Flexible work from home options available.
