Job Title:CSR II ; Job Type:Full-time ; Job Location:Louisville, KY ; Job Skills: N/A ; Job Description: JOB SUMMARY: This level II position requires experience as a Customer Service Representative role in a manufacturing/customer service office environment. Will report to Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities: Receive and respond to requests by phone and email Process sales orders, credit, and debit memos accurately Address and resolve concerns and service failures in a timely manner Manage monthly consignment restock requests and usage reports Work closely with supply chain and production managers to coordinate expedite and/or delayed orders Qualifications: ∙ SAP Business processing System experience ∙ Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) experience - proficient ∙ Work hours will be 8:00AM to 5:00PM M-F with Overtime ∙ Ability to build and maintain rapport with external and internal customers ∙ Attentive to detail and manages competitive priorities ∙ Excellent verbal and written communication skills including telephone email etiquette ∙ Meeting and exceeding deadlines. ∙ Engages in a continuous quality improvement mind set to identify and resolve problems Works effectively with others in a team based environment Experience identifying potential problems and offering alternative solutions Education and Experience: Customer Service experience in manufacturing environment. Associates degree or some college required. Minimum 4+ years customer service and order entry experience.
