Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA. This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality anesthesia care in a supportive healthcare environment. Position: Locum CRNA Location: Fredericksburg, Virginia Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical and other medical procedures. Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations. Develop and implement anesthesia care plans. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthetics as necessary during procedures. Provide post-anesthesia care and monitor patients' recovery from anesthesia. Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia services and patient interactions. Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Active Virginia state Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA preferred. Proficiency in administering anesthesia and managing patient care during procedures. Strong clinical skills and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
